Whether for tourism, visiting family, or for business, most travelers need a temporary resident visa (TRV) or an electronic travel authorization (eTA).
Types of Authorizations
- Visitor Visa (TRV): For citizens of countries subject to visa requirements.
- Super Visa: For parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents (valid for up to 10 years).
- eTA: A simplified authorization for visa-exempt countries arriving by air.
